There’s a quiet revolution happening in the world of city-builders. While most games let you zone a residential area and call it a day, Workers & Resources: Soviet Republic (WRSR) asks you to design the asphalt plant, mine the gravel, haul it to the concrete plant, pour the road, build the tram line, and then move the workers in.

Workers & Resources updates frequently. The developers (3Divison) are passionate, adding new resources (like bitumen or fabric) every few months. A repack is a snapshot in time.
