Ensure the robot is turned ON (not sleeping).

The Wi-Fi indicator light on the robot will start flashing orange/amber slowly. This means the old credentials are erased. Ensure the robot is turned ON (not sleeping)

Listen for a voice prompt. You will hear: “Wi-Fi has been reset. Please use the app to add device again.” This means the old credentials are erased

Press and hold the Power button for 15–20 seconds until the robot completely shuts down (lights off).

Open the 360 Smart app, remove the old robot entry, and add the device as new. Method 2: Full Factory Reset (Hard Reset) Use this if the Soft Reset fails, the robot freezes, or you are selling the device. Warning: This erases maps, schedules, and settings.
