In the coastal town of Ooty, a brilliant but reclusive blind pianist named (played by Udhayanidhi Stalin) lives a quiet life with his childhood love, Dakshayini "Daksha" (Aditi Rao Hydari). However, their happiness is shattered when a masked serial killer, known only as "Psycho" (Nithin Sathya), abducts Daksha in broad daylight.

It is Day 6. Gautham, using only a walking stick and his ears, traces the killer’s location to the old church. The police surround the area, but Psycho has rigged the bunker with explosives. Inspector Singh sends a team inside, but they are ambushed.
