Jake is assigned to infiltrate the native Na’vi – 10-foot-tall, blue-skinned humanoids – to gain their trust so the RDA Corporation can convince them to move from their home tree, , which sits atop the largest unobtanium deposit. Act Two: Becoming One of The People Jake’s avatar is rescued by Neytiri (Zoe Saldaña), a Na’vi princess, after he is attacked by thanators. She reluctantly takes him to her clan, the Omaticaya , where their spiritual leader, Mo’at , decides to teach Jake their ways.

Colonel (Stephen Lang), head of RDA security, loses patience. He gives Jake an ultimatum: deliver actionable intelligence or lose his ability to walk (via medical treatment back on Earth). Act Three: The Betrayal & War Jake’s secret report is discovered. The RDA launches a massive assault on Hometree, using bulldozers, missiles, and napalm. The Na’vi fight back but are overwhelmed.
