If you’ve bought one of these second-hand, or wiped the drive to do a clean install of Windows, you’ve likely discovered that Minisforum’s support page for this legacy device is... lacking. The links are dead, the versions are outdated, or the specific Cherry Trail drivers are nowhere to be found.
But for Windows? Only install Windows 10 LTSC (IoT). It is lightweight and doesn't fight the drivers like Windows 11 does. Minisforum Z83-f Drivers
If you didn't wipe the original eMMC, there is a hidden recovery partition. Boot the PC and spam F7 during startup. You should see a "Restore Factory Image" option. This puts all the proprietary Minisforum drivers back.
