Scroll down and select System .
Press the Top Right button to wake the screen and access the app drawer (or swipe up from the watch face).
Wait 2–3 minutes. The watch will reboot, show the CASIO logo, and then present the language selection screen — indicating a successful hard reset. Method 2: Hard Reset Using Hardware Buttons (For Unresponsive Watch) If the watch is frozen, stuck on a logo, or the touchscreen isn’t working, use this method.
Read the warning. Tap Reset Device or Confirm .
Scroll to “Yes — delete all user data” and press Top Right to confirm.
Press the Top Right button once to select.
After reset completes, select “Reboot system now” with the Top Right button.
