Unlike linear AVNs that funnel the player toward predetermined romantic arcs, Holiday Island presents a procedural purgatory. The island itself is not a character but a system. And in v0.4.5.0, that system has reached a fascinating, if flawed, equilibrium. The core mechanical loop of v0.4.5.0 remains unchanged from previous iterations: wake up, manage stats (energy, hygiene, bladder, social), navigate the map, interact with NPCs, build stats, unlock scenes.
