To the uninitiated, it’s just a file name. A collection of hyphens and capital letters, a technical cough from the machine. But to the pirates, the late-night streamers, the bandwidth bandits of the forgotten internet, it is a tombstone. It doesn’t begin with a bang, or a crack of lightning
