Open GH3. Your career should show 100% completion on all difficulties. If it doesn’t, check that the folder path is exactly ...\Aspyr\Guitar Hero III\Saved Games (not nested inside another folder). Rock on

Unzip the downloaded file. Inside, you should see a Saved Games folder containing files like GH3P1.sav . Drag that entire folder into C:\Users\[YourUsername]\AppData\Local\Aspyr\Guitar Hero III\ . guitar hero 3 save file
