I am currently looking for a (complete PDF) of this work. While I know there are scanned copies of older editions (like from Editorial Depalma) floating around, most of them are missing crucial sections, have garbled text, or lack the bibliography.

His book, Filosofía del Derecho , is frequently cited in Latin American law faculties as a cornerstone text. What I admire about Terán is his ability to bridge the gap between classical legal theory (the Greeks, the Scholastics) and the modern problems of legal positivism and natural law, all while keeping a distinctly Ibero-American perspective.
