Em 1989, aconteceu de novo... pior.

On a red-eye flight from Rio de Janeiro to Miami, the entire cockpit crew is incapacitated after eating the airline’s famous “coxinha de frango” (chicken croquette). The only sober passenger: Lt. Dante Maravilha (a washed-up air force ace who quit flying after a traumatizing incident with a flock of confused seagulls). Dante must land the Boeing 737 using a 1973 flight simulator manual written in Esperanto. Meanwhile, the flight attendants (led by Sueli , a cynical ex-samba dancer) try to keep panicked passengers calm – including a priest who thinks the end is nigh, a magician whose tricks fail under pressure, and a couple getting divorced during the turbulence.
